Overview
Business Performance Labs (“we”, “us”) provides operational advisory services to businesses. This policy explains how we process personal information collected through this website and in the course of client engagements. We act as a controller for website data and, for engagement data, typically as a processor on behalf of our clients under a written agreement.
Information we collect
- Inquiry and scheduling forms: name, corporate email, job title, company, company size, optional phone number, and the operational context you choose to share.
- Event registrations and newsletter opt-ins: name, corporate email, title and company, and the session or publication you requested.
- Capacity audit calculator: the revenue, cycle-time and maturity inputs you enter, together with your email if you request the full brief. Inputs are not stored unless you submit that request.
- Technical data: standard server logs (IP address, browser type, timestamps) retained for security and abuse prevention.
How we use information
- To respond to inquiries, schedule sessions and deliver requested materials.
- To administer events you register for.
- To send insights you have opted in to receive. You may unsubscribe at any time.
- To protect the website against fraud, spam and abuse.
We do not sell personal information, and we do not share it for cross-context behavioral advertising.
Service providers
We use a limited set of processors bound by data protection terms:
- HubSpot, Inc. — customer relationship management, scheduling, email communication and invoicing.
- Vercel Inc. — website hosting and delivery.
Client engagement data
Operational and financial data shared during an engagement is processed solely to deliver the contracted services, under a data protection agreement and, where requested, a mutual NDA. Engagement data is never used in benchmarks or case studies in identifiable form without the client’s written consent, and it is returned or securely deleted at the close of the engagement.
Cookies & tracking
This website does not set advertising cookies. Essential cookies may be used to keep the site secure. The embedded scheduling tool is provided by HubSpot and may set its own functional cookies when you interact with it. If analytics are enabled in future, this section will be updated and a consent mechanism provided where required.
