About the Firm
A boutique firm with an institutional standard of proof.
Business Performance Labs was founded on a simple observation: operational improvement is rarely held to the same evidentiary standard as financial reporting. We exist to close that gap.
Mission
To help every business — from the founder-led company to the large enterprise — deliver what its customers value faster, at lower cost, and with a wider margin.
Most improvement programs fail quietly: the savings are claimed, the slides are presented, and eighteen months later the process has drifted back. Business Performance Labs exists to close that gap — to hold operational change to a real standard of evidence: measured before, measured after, and felt by your customers.
Institutional Philosophy
Four principles we do not negotiate.
Evidence before opinion
No recommendation leaves the firm without a baseline, a measured effect and a stated confidence. If the data cannot support a claim, we do not make it.
Results are felt, not claimed
Operational metrics matter because they shorten the time and cost of delivering to your customers and widen your margin. Every gain is measured against the baseline with your team — not estimated by ours.
Capability, not dependency
We measure our success by how little the client needs us after the Control phase. Methods, tools and standard work transfer to the people who run the process.
Institutional discretion
We operate inside boardrooms, deal teams and sensitive restructurings. Client confidentiality is absolute, and no engagement is referenced without written consent.
Leadership
The people behind every engagement.
